Old mine cut sapphire and diamond five stone ring 0.60cts of diamonds and 0.45cts of natural Royal blue sapphire's. 18ct hallmarked hand made carved half hoop mount. Head size 16mm x 5mm. English circa 1900. Currently finger size P 1/2 (U.S 8)
