Gorgeous 0.50ct sapphire with two old mine cut diamonds either side (0.20ct total) and 0.15ct sapphires to side. All set in 18ct yellow gold by Deakin & Francis English 1891. Sapphires 0.80ct. Currently finger size 0 (U.S 7.25)
