Unusual sapphire and diamond cluster ring set with a 0.40ct sapphire surrounded by 0.35cts of old cut diamonds platinum top 18ct collet and shank. Head size 15.2mm. Very low profile to the finger. Current finger size J 1/2. English circa 1900
