1920's navette shaped cocktail ring set with an old cut diamond to centre surrounded by graduating faceted sapphires millgrain set and a graduating diamond border with a small pierced out detail. Beautiful hand made galley and low profile to the finger all set in platinum. English circa 1920. Currently finger size N (U.S 6.75). Head size 21.5mm (0.75ct diamond, 0.30ct sapphire)
