Bright Blue Sapphire weighing approximately half a carat surrounded by 0.40cts of old cut diamonds, set in 18ct gold with a fine platinum head. Head size 11.5mm.English circa 1900.  Current finger size R. My workshop will re-size this, if necessary, at no extra cost.
